Movie anyone?
YG and I continue to discover the attractions of Nottingham. Did you know that Nottingham has the worlds smallest public cinema? The Screen Room has a capacity of 21 and is listed in the 2006 Guinness Book of World Records as the smallest cinema in the world. And I can now say that I have been there.
We went to see The Aristocrats on Friday night. I'm guessing that most of you have never even heard of this, let alone witnessed this spectacle. For those that have had the pleasure, I assume that you either liked it or were repulsed by it.
The movie is a documentary on the "oldest joke in the world." While we found it funny (I'm sure the 2 pints at the pub across the street beforehand helped), this movie is definitely not for the easily offended. To say the least, the joke is dirty.
If you do plan to see this film, I recommend you check out the website first. If you are not offended at that point, you will probably enjoy it.
While I am not endorsing the movie (lest you think less of me), I do recommend a 2 pint minimum if you do go.
